Little Big Shop’s ability to integrate with accounting platforms, means easier management your finances, like automatically syncing order invoices with Xero and MYOB Business.

Follow the steps below to find out how to integrate your shop with these platforms.

Step 1: Activate Accounting

• From your Little Big Shop Admin Dashboard, click on the ‘Settings’ menu item in the left hand navigation.
• Select the third link titled “Features.”
• Click the toggle in the Accounting segment of this page.
• Click the ‘Save’ button in the top right corner. Accounting is now activated in your Little Big Shop.

Step 2: Accessing the accounting settings:

• On the left-hand side menu, navigate to Settings.
• Under Shop Settings, select Accounting. This will take you to the accounting integration page where you can connect with Xero or MYOB Business.

Step 3: Connecting to Xero or MYOB Business:

• On the left-hand side menu, navigate to Settings.
• Under Shop Settings, select Accounting. This will take you to the accounting integration page where you can connect with Xero or MYOB Business.

Connecting to Xero:

• Scroll to the Xero section.
• Toggle next to Xero to the on position.
• Press “Connect” to be taken to a new page, where you will be asked to enter in your Xero login details.
• Follow the prompts on Xero’s website to allow for the integration.
• Once connected, Little Big Shop will automatically push your order invoices to your Xero account for easy bookkeeping and invoice management.

Connecting to MYOB Business:

• Scroll down to the MYOB Business section.
• Toggle the switch to the on position.
• Once you’ve toggled MYOB Business on, you will be prompted to enter your MYOB API key and Secret to complete the integration.
  • API Key: This is the key that links your MYOB Business account with Little Big Shop.
  • Secret: The secret code ensures secure communication between the two systems.
• You can find your MYOB Business API Key and Secret in your MYOB account.
