When you first sign up to Little Big Shop, you get a free 14 day trial. However, when your trial has finished, you will need to sign up to one of our no contract and no risk monthly subscription plans. The current plans on offer include Startup, Little and Big.
To view your subscription:
- Go to the top right of any page within the admin view, and click on your name
- Select ‘subscription’
To view or update your subscription, select the second tab ‘Subscription’.
Manage your subscription
Once your trial has finished, you will be redirected to the subscription page after you login. You will see a message advising you that your trial has expired (note, you will not see this message if the plan you are on is active). If you want to still be able to administer and sell things in your shop, you will need to select from one of the subscription plans on offer.
Plan Features
To view the features of each plan, scroll down the page and you will see a ‘Plan features’ table that outlines and compares what each plan includes.
Select a subscription
Promo code
- If you have a promo code, enter it in the ‘Promo code’ box before you choose a plan
- Select ‘Apply’ so that the promotion code is applied to the plans
Select your plan
- To choose a plan, click the ‘Select’ button
- You will then be taken to the ‘Billing and Invoices’ tab to complete your order
Payment information
Once you have selected a plan on the Subscription page, you will be taken to this screen to finalise your order.
Billing contact details
- Complete all fields to enter your contact details
- Click on ‘Save’ to save your information
Payment information
- Enter your credit card details in the fields provided
- Little Big Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Click ‘Save’
Order summary
- To proceed with your order, go to ‘Order summary’
- You will see the plan you have chosen and the order total
- If you have used a Promotion Code, this will appear in the summary and will be reflected in the order total
- Read the ‘Terms of Service’ and select the box to confirm you have
- The ‘Place Order’ button will turn orange when you have read the ‘Terms of Service’
- Select ‘Place Order’ to finalise your subscription
Cancel your plan
Follow the below steps to cancel your subscription to Little Big Shop
- Navigate to the bottom of the ‘Subscription’ page
- You will see ‘Cancel your Plan’
- Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button to cancel your plan
- Your account will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle and your shop will no longer be available
