It’s super simple to track your billing history and invoices in Little Big Shop.

    Accessing the “Billing History” page

    To access the billing history page:

    1. Navigate to your shop’s admin dashboard.
    2. Click on your name on the top right hand corner
    3. Select “Billing history”

    Viewing your billing history

    You can easily view your billing history and invoices on the “Billing History” page.

    To view your invoices:

    1. In the Invoices section, look for the specific billing period you want to review.
    2. Check the details such as the bill amount, plan, and status.
    3. Click on the Invoice link to download or view the invoice details.

    Here are some definitions that will help you understand your billing history:

    • Billing period: The time frame for which the invoice was generated.
    • Bill amount: The total amount billed for that period.
    • Plan: The subscription plan associated with the invoice.
    • Status: Indicates if the invoice is paid, pending, or overdue.

    If your business is expanding, you may want to change your subscription to a bigger plan.

    How to change your plan

    To change your plan:

    1. Go to the “Billing history” page
    2. Click on the “Change plan” link.
    3. Follow the prompts to select a new plan.
    4. Confirm the changes. Your next invoice will reflect the changes made.


    • Regular Review: Regularly review your billing history to ensure all charges are accurate and to keep track of your expenses.
    • Invoice Downloads: Download invoices for your records and accounting purposes.
    • Stay Updated: Keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruptions in your subscription.
