It’s super simple to track your billing history and invoices in Little Big Shop.
Accessing the “Billing History” page
To access the billing history page:
- Navigate to your shop’s admin dashboard.
- Click on your name on the top right hand corner
- Select “Billing history”
Viewing your billing history
You can easily view your billing history and invoices on the “Billing History” page.
To view your invoices:
- In the Invoices section, look for the specific billing period you want to review.
- Check the details such as the bill amount, plan, and status.
- Click on the Invoice link to download or view the invoice details.
Here are some definitions that will help you understand your billing history:
- Billing period: The time frame for which the invoice was generated.
- Bill amount: The total amount billed for that period.
- Plan: The subscription plan associated with the invoice.
- Status: Indicates if the invoice is paid, pending, or overdue.
If your business is expanding, you may want to change your subscription to a bigger plan.
How to change your plan
To change your plan:
- Go to the “Billing history” page
- Click on the “Change plan” link.
- Follow the prompts to select a new plan.
- Confirm the changes. Your next invoice will reflect the changes made.

- Regular Review: Regularly review your billing history to ensure all charges are accurate and to keep track of your expenses.
- Invoice Downloads: Download invoices for your records and accounting purposes.
