Searching memberships is straight-forward with Little Big Shop’s “Big” plan.

Step-by-step guide
- Navigate to the Search memberships page
- Press “Customers” in the left hand navigation bar.
- Select “Search memberships.”
2. Enter the relevant fields & perform the search
- After entering the desired search filters, click the “Search” button to display results.
- If you want to view all memberships without applying any filters, simply click the “Search” button without entering any information.
Tips
- Before you begin, ensure your shop’s membership feature is activated, and you’re on a “Big” subscription. To activate the memberships feature, check out instructions on Features.
- Use multiple filters: Combine the membership number, status, and expiry date filters to narrow down your search results and quickly find specific memberships.
- Keep data updated: Regularly update membership statuses and expiry dates to ensure accurate search results and smooth customer interactions.
