Search memberships in just a few clicks #

Searching through your online store’s memberships is easy with Little Big Shop. This feature is available to users subscribed to the ‘Big’ plan.

1. Navigate to the Search memberships page

• Press ‘Customers’ in the left-hand navigation bar
• Select ‘Search membership’

2. Enter the relevant fields & perform the search

• Filter search results by entering one or more fields: Membership ID, Status (Active or Expire) or Expiry date (the duration of the membership). Click the ‘Search’ button to display results.
• To view all memberships without applying any filters, simply click the ‘Search’ button without entering any information

3. Export search results (optional)

• In the search results table, click on the button on the right-hand side titled ‘Export search results’ to generate an Excel (.xlsx) file of your results.

• Before you begin, ensure your shop’s membership feature is activated, and you’re on a ‘Big’ subscription. To activate the memberships feature, check out instructions on Features
• Use multiple filters: Combine the membership number, status, and expiry date filters to narrow down your search results and quickly find specific memberships
• Keep data updated: Regularly update membership statuses and expiry dates to ensure accurate search results and smooth customer interactions
