How to manage your billing contact details and payment information in Little Big Shop #

The ‘Payment Information’ page is where you can update your Billing contact details, Payment information and, finalise the payment to a subscription or a plan upgrade/downgrade.

In this article, we walk through each section.

This is where you can add and edit the following billing information:

• First name and surname:
  • Enter your first name in the ‘First name’ field
  • Enter your surname in the ‘Surname’ field
• Address:
  • Enter your billing address in the ‘Address’ field
• Contact number:
  • Enter a valid contact number in the ‘Contact number’ field
• Contact email:
  • Enter your email address in the ‘Contact email’ field
• Save:
  • Once all fields are filled, click the ‘Save’ button to update your billing contact details

If you need to add or edit your credit or debit card details, navigate to ‘Payment information’ and update the fields below:

• Card holder name:
  • Enter the name as it appears on your card in the “Card holder name” field.
• Card number:
  • Enter your card number in the “Card number” field. Make sure to enter the number correctly without any spaces.
• Expiry date:
  • Select the expiry month of your card from the “Expiry month” dropdown.
  • Select the expiry year of your card from the “Expiry year” dropdown.
• CVN:
  • Enter the CVN (Card Verification Number) from the back of your card in the “CVN” field.
• Save:
  • After entering all card details, click the “Save” button to update your payment information.

This section contains a summary of the subscription you have chosen. If you are subscribing to a plan, or upgrading/downgrading:

• Click on ‘I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions’
• Select ‘Place order’

• Security: Your card details are stored securely, and all transactions are processed with high levels of security to protect your information.
• Card Types Accepted: You can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payments.
