You may want to explore your store and see it from your customer’s eyes. This page outlines how to access your store from the admin dashboard and what you’ll find in your store.
Step-by-step guide #
1. Click on ‘Visit Shop’ on your admin dashboard
- At the top right corner of your admin console, click the ‘Visit Shop’ link
2. Explore your shop
Once you have clicked ‘Visit Shop,’ you will be taken to your shop’s Home page, if you have already set that page up. Otherwise, the default page is the ‘Shop’ page.
Website Structure:
- By default, every Little Big Shop website includes a ‘Shop’ link in the main menu in the header
- Additional pages like ‘Home,’ ‘Contact Us,’ ‘Shipping’ or a (renamable) ‘Blank’ page will be automatically added to the main menu. These pages can be made using our Website Builder.
- Your store will also feature a Category menu with the default category ‘All Products.’ All other categories you create will also be listed here.
- The top left corner has a link to the Customer account. Customers can click here to login/register for an account, view orders and manage their details.
- The top right corner contains icons that help users navigate the store
- Search: Use the Search (magnifying glass icon) to find products
- Wishlist: (heart icon) view items saved items for later
- Cart/Checkout: click the shopping bag icon to review and purchase items in your cart
Tips for navigating your Little Big Shop #
- Quick navigation: Use the top navigation bar to easily browse through categories such as ‘All Products,’ ‘Sale,’ and more
- Use the heart icon to add products to your Wishlist for later viewing
- Customers should log in to their customer account for full features, including access order history or saved items
