Configuring your shop details #
Setting up your shop details accurately is essential for managing customer invoices and your contact page.

Step-by-step instructions #
1. Navigate to the ‘Shop details’ page
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and from the ‘Shop Settings’ section, click on ‘Settings’
- Select the ‘Shop details’ tab from the options provided
2. Enter or update your shop details in ‘Business details’
The information you enter here will appear on the customer invoice and the contact us page (if you choose to add one to your store).
- Business Name
- Business Name: Enter the name of your business.
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Enter your 11-digit Australian Business Number
- You don’t need to enter an ABN to create your store, but if you don’t know how to register for an ABN, click here for additional information
- Contact Information
- Business contact: Enter the name of the primary contact person for your business
- Company Phone Number: Enter a phone number where customers can reach your business
- Business Email: Add the email address used for business communications. This will be displayed on invoices and the contact page.
- Business Address: Here you’ll be asked to enter your street address, suburb, state, postcode and country (the default country is Australia)
- GST registration
- If your business is registered for GST, toggle the ‘Are you registered for GST?’ switch to the on position
- Not all businesses need to be registered for GST. If you’re unsure about registering, click the ‘Do I need to register?’ link for more information.
3. Website details
The section ‘Website details’ cannot be edited. It contains the following:
- Shop Link: Your shop’s URL is displayed here. This link directs customers to your online store
- Website Admin: This link provides access to the admin panel
4. Connect your own domain name (optional)
You can use your own domain name instead of the default [name].littlebig.shop address. Click here to read our page ‘Connect your custom domain’ for more information and step-by-step instructions.
5. Save your changes
- Once all the necessary information is filled in, click the ‘Save’ button located at the top right corner of the screen.

- Ensure all entered information is accurate to avoid any issues with customer communications or billing.
- Regularly update your business details if there are any changes in your contact information or business address.
- Use the toggle and switch options to easily manage your GST registration and custom domain settings.
