How to search orders in Little Big Shop #
The ‘Search orders’ feature allows you to find specific orders in your store.

Step-by-step instructions #
1. Visit the Search orders page
- From the Admin dashboard, click ‘Orders’ and select ‘Search orders’
2. Enter the relevant fields & perform the search
- Search fields include: Order number, Customer name, Email, Order status, and Purchase data
- Click ‘Search’
3. View search results
A table will appear with your search results. Click on the order number in the first column to view the order details.
4. Optional: export search results
Click on the ‘Export search results’ button on the top right of the search results table to export your results to an Excel (.xls) file.
Tips #
- Narrow down your search by using specific criteria such as order number or customer email for quicker results
- Use multiple search fields together to refine your search and find exactly what you are looking for
- Use the ‘Clear’ button to reset the search form before starting a new search to avoid any leftover criteria affecting your results
