Configuring features on Little Big Shop #

This guide will help you activate and manage various features to enhance your shop’s functionality.

Follow the steps below to configure the available features for your store.

Step-by-step instructions #

1. Navigate to the ‘Features’ page

  • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on ‘Settings’
  • Select the ‘Features’ tab from the drop-down menu

2. Click the toggle to activate your desired features

  • Membership: toggle the switch to activate membership capabilities for your customers. Membership features include:
    • Create and assign membership numbers
    • Provide member-only pricing
    • Restrict certain payment types to members only
  • Fulfilment: toggle the switch to integrate your shop with one or more third-party warehouses. Fulfilment features include:
    • Create your own warehouse integrations
    • Automate orders to your warehouse at the product levelFlexibility to create multiple warehouses.
      • Note: If your supplier doesn’t have an API, you can send your orders to them via email.
  • Accounting: toggle the switch to connect your shop to cloud-based accounting services. Accounting features include:
    • Integrate with Xero or MYOB Business
    • Push your orders and create invoices in your accounting software
  • Business to Business (B2B): toggle the switch to manage B2B transactions. By activating this feature, your customers must provide a company name and ABN when ordering from your shop.
    • Note: ABN is mandatory for B2B transactions.

3. Save your changes

  • Once you have configured the necessary features, click the ‘Save’ button located at the top right corner of the screen.

  • Review the feature descriptions and toggle only the ones that are relevant to your business needs.
  • Regularly update your feature settings to align with any changes in your business processes or customer requirements.
  • Utilise the available integrations to streamline your operations and improve efficiency.
