Search orders

The “Search Orders” feature allows you to quickly and efficiently find specific orders in your store.

Follow this guide to understand how to use the search functionality to manage your orders effectively.

Step 1: Access the “Search orders” page

• Navigate to your shop’s admin dashboard.
• Go to “Orders” > “Search orders.”

Step 2: Enter in the relevant search data

• Order Number:
  • Enter the specific order number in the “Order number” field to find a particular order.
• Customer Name:
  • Enter the name of the customer in the “Customer name” field to search for orders placed by a specific customer.
• Email:
  • Enter the customer’s email address in the “Email” field to locate orders associated with that email.
• Status:
  • Use the dropdown menu in the “Status” field to filter orders by their current status. The options include:
    • All
    • Pending
    • Processing
    • Shipped
    • Delivered
    • Cancelled
    • Refunded
• Purchase Data
  • Use the “Purchase date” fields to search for orders within a specific date range. Enter the start date in the first field and the end date in the second field.

Step 3: Search

• Search Button:
  • After entering the search criteria, click the Search button to display the orders that match the criteria.
• Alternatively, reset the search fields and start a new search, by clicking on the “Clear” button, and start again from Step 2.

• Narrow down your search by using specific criteria such as order number or customer email for quicker results.
• Use multiple search fields together to refine your search and find exactly what you are looking for.
• Use the “clear” button to reset the search form before starting a new search to avoid any leftover criteria affecting your results.
