When you create an online store with Little Big Shop, you get a default [name].littlebig.shop address.

Connecting your own domain (like yourbusiness.com.au) makes your Little Big Shop store look more professional and easy to find.

Follow the steps below to set up your custom domain.

If you have not registered your own domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.com.au), check out these reputable suppliers:

• GoDaddy
• Google Domains
• Namecheap
• Crazy Domains
• VentraIP

Choose from the following options:

If you want your root domain to point to Little Big Shop (eg. https://yourbusiness.com.au)

If you want to add www.yourdomain.com.au then add a CNAME that points to your root domain

If you have a website and want to point a subdomain to Little Big Shop (eg. http://shop.yourbusiness.com.au)

Examples: shop,yourbusiness.com.au

If you’re unsure how to do this, contact your domain hosting provider for assistance.

In the dashboard in Little Big Shop app, navigate to ‘Shop settings’ on the left hand side

• Click on ‘Settings’ and ‘Shop details’
• Navigate to the ‘Connect your own domain name’ and switch the toggle to turn this on (it should be orange)
• There is a field under ‘Your own domain name’. Add your domain in the custom domain here (eg. shop.yourbusiness.com.au). You do not have to add https://
• Click the ‘Save’ button on the top right hand side to apply your changes

The section labelled “Website details” cannot be edited. It contains the following:

• Shop Link: Your shop’s URL is displayed here. This link directs customers to your online store.
• Website Admin: This link provides access to the admin panel.
