Change your subscription on Little Big Shop #

Welcome to the Subscription page! Here, you can select the best plan for your business needs, view plan features, and manage your subscription details.

This guide will help you understand the options available and how to change your subscription, and get onto the right plan for your online business.

Step-by-step instructions #

To visit the subscription page, from the Admin dashboard:

  • Click on your name at the top right-hand corner
  • From the dropdown menu options, click on ‘Subscription’

This page contains the following sections:

  • Promo code: a section to apply a promo code to a plan (if you haven’t already subscribed to a plan)
  • Plan options: pricing information about our three plans ‘Startup’, ‘Little’ or ‘Big’
  • Plan features: a table with the features included in each plan

Subscribe to a plan #

If you want to subscribe to a plan

You can subscribe to a Little Big Shop plan from this page.

To do so:

  • Have a promo code? Enter it in the row below ‘Select a plan for your Little Big Shop’ and click ‘Apply’
  • Click the ‘Select plan’ button under the plan option you want to subscribe to

You will be led to the ‘Payment information’ page, where you will be asked to enter the following information:

Billing Contact Details

  • First name and surname:
    • Enter your first name in the ‘First name’ field
    • Enter your surname in the ‘Surname’ field
  • Address:
    • Enter your billing address in the ‘Address’ field
  • Contact number:
    • Enter a valid contact number in the ‘Contact number’ field
  • Contact email:
    • Enter your email address in the ‘Contact email’ field
  • Save:
    • Once all fields are filled, click the ‘Save’ button to update your billing contact details
Payment information

In this section, you will be asked to enter or edit your credit or debit card details.

  • Card holder name:
    • Enter the name as it appears on your card in the “Card holder name” field.
  • Card number:
    • Enter your card number in the “Card number” field. Make sure to enter the number correctly without any spaces.
  • Expiry date:
    • Select the expiry month of your card from the “Expiry month” dropdown.
    • Select the expiry year of your card from the “Expiry year” dropdown.
  • CVN:
    • Enter the CVN (Card Verification Number) from the back of your card in the “CVN” field.
  • Save:
    • After entering all card details, click the “Save” button to update your payment information.

Order Summary

This section contains a summary of your subscription. To subscribe to a plan:

  • Click on ‘I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions’
  • Select ‘Place order’
