View your billing history and update your subscription #
You can view your subscription and billing history and access your invoices in a few simple steps.
If you’re looking to change your subscription, you can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.
Access your Billing history #
- Click on your name at the top right-hand corner of your admin dashboard
- Select ‘Billing history’
- The table in the ‘Invoices’ section contains your billing history:
- Billing period: the time frame for which the invoice was generated
- Bill amount: the total amount billed for that period
- Plan: the subscription plan associated with the invoice
- Status: indicates if the invoice is paid, pending, or overdue
- Invoice: view and download your invoice for that billing period
Change your subscription #
If your business is expanding, you may want to change your subscription to a bigger plan.

Step-by-step instructions #
To change your plan:
- Go to the ‘Billing history’ page
- Click on the ‘Change plan’ link
- Select the new plan you wish to subscribe to
- Follow the prompts to select a new plan
- Confirm the changes. Your next invoice will reflect the changes made!

- Download invoices for your records and accounting purposes
- Keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruptions in your subscription
