View your billing history and update your subscription #

You can view your subscription and billing history and access your invoices in a few simple steps.

If you’re looking to change your subscription, you can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.

Access your Billing history #

  1. Click on your name at the top right-hand corner of your admin dashboard
  2. Select ‘Billing history’
  3. The table in the ‘Invoices’ section contains your billing history:
  • Billing period: the time frame for which the invoice was generated
  • Bill amount: the total amount billed for that period
  • Plan: the subscription plan associated with the invoice
  • Status: indicates if the invoice is paid, pending, or overdue
  • Invoice: view and download your invoice for that billing period

Change your subscription #

If your business is expanding, you may want to change your subscription to a bigger plan.

Step-by-step instructions #

To change your plan:

  1. Go to the ‘Billing history’ page
  2. Click on the ‘Change plan’ link
  3. Select the new plan you wish to subscribe to
  4. Follow the prompts to select a new plan
  5. Confirm the changes. Your next invoice will reflect the changes made!

Tips #

  • Download invoices for your records and accounting purposes
  • Keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruptions in your subscription
